This tester pcb coming from Mr. Beh. Thanks. Testing optoisolator on above picture. This tester was introduced by Mr. John Preher and the ringer by Mr. Bob Parker the old version but it works.

SAMSUNG LCD MONITOR REPAIR

This samsung lcd monitor was brought  with a symptom of blinking the led. It is not easy to open compare to crt tv or lcd tv that has narrow lock compare to this lcd monitor i used a paint scratcher that has a thin edge. So after i open the cover i look for a visible defects like a burnt, bulged components. First i look in primary side and follow the secondary side of switch mode power supply and i saw 1 pc of electrolytic capacitor with a value of 1000 uf 16volts. I changed that capacitor to 1000 uf 25 volts and the blinking led gone and the display came back. Mostly large percentage of defects always included the electrolytic capacitors. Here are the pictures.

After replacing the bulged capacitor the lcd monitor came back to life.
