TCL TV

This TCL TV model TCL-2027U has a complaint of loss of vertical sync. I look on the vertical section and change all surrounding electrolytic capacitors that has high esr by using my blue esr meter and nothing happened. following the voltage supply of vertical ic with part number STV9302A going to pin of cpu ic which i think is the vertical sync of that ic i found two electrolytic capacitors  that has leakage on the board or pcb and high esr and one of the capacitor has low capacitance. Changing the two capacitor which has a value of 0.47uf 50volts solve the problem. Here is the picture of 2 capacitors:
