SECONDARY FILTER CAPACITORS PROBLEM

Did you encounter why the filter capacitors in secondary area of smps fail? I encounter this problem in Union LCD TV. The complaint of this tv the led ligths to red but it did not came the display. So as i open the cover and see the power supply are i noticed that the secondary electrolytics capacitors are bulged. The capacitors value are 470uf 16 volts and 470uf 10 volts. So i replaced it with same specs but in a few days the capacitors became bulged again so i replaced it again with same value but higher volts. The 16 volts i put 25 volts and the 10 volts became 16 volts and i power the tv and display came so i monitored the voltage coming out of secondary and output is stable. A week has past and the problem came back again. So as i open again the cover of tv i noticed the caps bulged again even i put higher voltages. I think to myself what is happening to this tv, is there something wrong in some components in power supply area. So i deceided to put 1000uf 25 volts and 1000uf 16 volts. because it has output of 5 volts and 12 volts and now the tv is working fine. 4 months has past and its ok. What do you think even if i increased the voltage of capacitor but not the value the caps bulged? Share your comments.
